So,
as my four year old Eco Star failed last month, a little back and forth
with Nextorch customer service resulted in a satisfactory resolution,
with a replacement light sent and received.
I
didn't have to send the failed light back, because postage would have
cost more than a new light would have, but had it been a more expensive
model of light, they might have required it be sent back to China, I
dunno...
