A pot of chili for lunch...

Not a from scratch recipe, just a thrown together version with things from the pantry and refrigerator, consisting of a couple of cans of Hormel Chili with Beans, can of diced tomatoes, can of fiesta corn, some hot and sweet sliced jalapeƱos (personal preference to amount), bacon bits, black/red and chipotle pepper blends (to taste), about a cup of cheddar cheese, and various amounts of sugar, mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and some barbecue sauce to flavor it out...

And it was good, with enough heat to make my nose run and break a sweat.  Pa might like it but I think Ma will probably pass, lol...
