A LifeInc Today article says that coupon use is declining. I use them often, almost every trip to the grocery store, and try to make sure to use them when the products are on sale as well. Heck, if I won the lottery, I believe I'd still use coupons...

I too use coupons regularly. Why wouldn't you? It's like getting a pay raise, and any money I can keep for myself is a bonus!
