Coolant temperature sender...

FedEx delivered the coolant temp sender from autopartsnetwork.com, so now I need a 12mm deep socket to remove the old and install this one, and then see if that does anything to fix the intermittent working dash temp gauge on my truck.

The previously installed coolant temperature sensor part did nothing to change the problem with the dash temp gauge not working correctly.

And the photo of the other part I replaced this past Monday, that didn't solve the problem either...

 

And after installation of the new part....... No Joy.  Dadgummit.  >:O
