I went up to Tennessee for a few days to visit a friend. He has a boat and we went out to Harrison Bay State park on Lake Chickamauga to put it in the water for the first time this season.
There was a wind advisory out, with 20mph sustained wind and 40mph gusts, which made the water choppy and was a rough ride in the boat. The water was too cold to get out in, but we got wet anyway just from the spray of the water from the boat (which was going too fast) and the wind.
There's some nice houses on the lake out there, I took photos of a couple of them, one has a cascading waterfall along the side of the house and we drove past the other one shown, that looks like a castle.
